Harmonic Tools is a trading name of Greenwood IT Consultancy Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using our apps, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our apps and website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software.

3. App Store Purchases

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly — all transactions are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Harmonic Tools are the property of Greenwood IT Consultancy Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps for their intended purpose, subject to the terms of the applicable App Store licence agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant app or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

6. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and relevant EU consumer directives. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Under UK and EU law, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If any digital content we provide is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue any of our apps or services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or free from interruptions or errors. App availability may vary by region and platform.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps and website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
